We deliver to many destinations worldwide by DPD. Please note that all orders require a signature upon delivery, and you may be subject to extra charges depending on Customs and Import regulations relating to your delivery address.
UK Shipping Free | European Delivery £10 | Worldwide £20
All orders placed Monday to Friday by 12:00 (GMT) are sent that day. UK orders will always be sent by Next Day Delivery.
Orders placed after 12:00 (GMT), or at weekends and Bank Holidays, are processed for sending on the next working day.
Overseas orders should arrive within 2 - 6 working days.
Should you not receive your order within this timescale please contact us - care@nonnon.co.uk.
Please note: Due to recent shipping regulation changes, we are unable to accept or dispatch orders to Russia.

Returns
We are confident in the quality of our products and happily offer a no quibble return policy.
Should you for any reason wish to return your order (or part of your order) please email us within 21 days of purchase stating the following:-
- Your Order Number
- Whether you would like a refund or an exchange - if you wish to exchange please tell us what product, size and colour you would like. If no information is provided we will assume you would like a refund.
Then all you need to do is send the product(s) back to us in their original condition to the following address:-

Please ensure you enclose your order number.
We also advise you get a proof of postage and keep this until your return has been processed. We aim to process returns within seven days of receipt.
Sorry, we cannot offer a refund on postage for returns however do not charge for re-dispatches.
Please note: If you are returning your order from outside of the European Union, we cannot be held responsible for clearance customs issues. Any charges will need to be paid for by the customer.
